Located in Hartford’s historic Asylum Hill neighborhood, the 27-room mansion sets the stage for any elegant affair. First floor rooms, each with Italian marble fireplace and magnificent woodwork, flow beautifully. The well-appointed and interconnected parlors, sun room, grand hall, and library are a stunning location for ceremonies, cocktails and receptions leading to the recently restored Ballroom for dinner and dancing. The classic 1930's Ballroom features an authentic ballet sprung dance floor and a center facing stage perfect for a head table or entertainment. Floor to ceiling windows compliment the room with a picturesque view of our beautiful lawn and gardens.
Our wedding package has been designed to make planning your once-in-a-lifetime event simple, yet individually styled for each and every couple. We offer a wide variety of hors d' oeuvres, entrees and décor enhancements to select from; however, we welcome the opportunity to design a custom proposal for your special event. Our staff will be with you every step of the way to ensure each detail is exactly as you’ve imagined.
